The mission of the College Factory is to build college-going culture in communities of need. We achieve our mission by training college & career coaches to work with the youth and families in our program. In addition, our community coordinators plan and execute programming to further build knowledge around the college planning and career exploration process. We believe in the that poverty is a factor, not a barrier. Our program provides the resources families need to ensure a seamless transition into the post-secondary culture.
