5 Star Residential is a residential group home services that provides 24 hour nursing care to individuals with high medical needs and Intellectual Disabilities. Our mission is to increase the quality of life of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by giving them access to clinically sound care and interventions while supporting them to become valued, fully integrated member of their community. We focus on our goals by using a person-centered approach.
