NIBC Investment Partners is the investment branch of NIBC, providing minority equity to Dutch SME companies. We support entrepreneurs with growth capital, by investing through minority shareholdings (20-50%) whilst often providing the majority of capital requirements. A selection from our portfolio are investments in Trymax Semiconductor Equipment, WTS Energy, Vadeko, Rolande, Finco Fuel, Hemink and Nextview. NIBC Investment Partners acts as a co-shareholder and partner of strong and incentivized management teams, backed by a strong track record and network bringing added value for and to its portfolio companies. NIBC Investment Partners' focus is on mid-sized companies, headquartered in the Netherlands with an EBITDA > EUR 2 million. Through our flexibility in structuring equity in combination with shareholder loans NIBC Investment Partners can provide the majority of source capital, while at the same time facilitating entrepreneurs in retaining the majority of the shares.
