BUSINESS SUMMARY Fergie’s Instructional Training F.I.T. LLC., also known as F.I.T, is a fitness company committed to providing wellness through fitness and education to the 55 and older adult Community. The focus population is men and women who reside in Long Term Care communities (nursing care, personal care and retirement residents), travel daily to Adult Day Care Facilities or live at home. Also retired individuals who need to enrich their lives through movement when they no longer have a set schedule. Owner, Yvonne Ferguson Hardin is a Certified Fitness Professional who has over twenty years of experience as a Health and fitness specialist. She has worked with many populations in many capacities. Her mission is threefold:- 1/ to enhance the overall quality of their lives by empowering them. 2/To create more jobs within the community, improving the failing economy. 3/To constantly transform lives through the programs developed by Yvonne Ferguson Hardin, around the world one body at a time.
