The firm was founded in 1951 by Avv. Luigi Arnaboldi, the first partner, and a lawyer that, since then, has been a legend in the Italian judiciary milieu. In few years, thanks to the restless work of the founder and of his former associates, the firm grew to become one of the most important legal firms in Rome, and a point of reference for many foreign professional bodies of lawyers. By the early sixties of the last century, the firm has been assisting countless clients all over Italy and hundreds of international clients, among which foreign companies, International Organizations, Embassies, foreign businessmen, foreign university teachers, foreign associations, Airlines, etc. By the mid seventies, the firm's associates were become over 20. A real record for Italy at that time. The sole partner remained Avv. Arnaboldi. The growing complexity of the national and international context, and the consequent necessity to provide the clients with an ever growing competence and specialization imposed, by the end of the seventies, a deep restructuration of the firm. The organizational structure moved from the in-house model, directed to find all the necessary competence inside the firm's internal staff, to the network model, according to which the professional who presented the competences more fit to respond to the client's exigencies was appointed. This latter model is applied yet, and, since then, a network of over 180 lawyers, notaries, accountants, labor consultants from all over Italy, Europe, and many parts of the rest of the world have worked with our firm on specific projects. By the mid eighties, the firm has started assisting many airlines and the relevant representative bodies. In 1985 Avv. Arnaboldi appointed Avv. Massimiliano Rossi as the second partner of the firm, and, in 2013, appointed Avv. Luca Mazza as the third.
