Located on hour's drive south of Sydney, South Coast Private is a new private mental health facility in Wollongong. South Coast Private is fully owned and operated by Evolution Healthcare Pty Ltd. We operate a 70 bed facility for inpatients and a range of services including a busy outpatient clinic and a variety of day programs. South Coast Private offers high quality mental health services and treatments including Anxiety Management, Depression Management, Substance Withdrawal and Addiction Recovery programs. Local psychiatrists have been closely involved in the planning and development of South Coast Private and continue to be involved in the operations of the facility. The South Coast Private Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) consists of highly experienced Illawara based psychiatrists who meet regularly to facilitate the interaction between Evolution and interested mental health professionals.
