Our Independent Monitoring Surveying service provides initial due diligence on the suitability of a proposed development for lending purposes and then ongoing risk management and drawdown recommendations throughout the construction phase. We are currently acting as IMS on schemes nationwide. Our Quantity Surveying service covers the full spectrum of the QS role, including but not limited to, involvement in the preparation of the Client's brief, project cost advice throughout the development, procurement and tendering, building contracts, agreeing variations to the works and settling final accounts.
