Part of the ASPECT network, Aspect Research Commercialisation (ARC) Accelerator delivers an objectives-based programme to help pre-seed and seed-stage social science entrepreneurs develop their ventures. Its six-month programme allows social science entrepreneurs to learn, test and build their ventures to increase their likelihood of success. ARC was founded in 2020 and has gone through its first cohort of 15 teams. ARC does not take fees or equity from participating ventures and is funded by the ASPECT network; a Research England backed project to make the most of social sciences research. ARC is open to all members of the ASPECT network which currently extends to Universities across the UK.
