There are three important aspects in how we complete a fire risk assessment for our clients. We don’t want you spending more than is necessary and seek cost-effective solutions. To our knowledge, we are the most competitive provider of this comprehensive service. Our process itself, which is outlined below: 1) We use a digital inspection application. We collect the data from your premises, subject it to a QA process, and issue your fire risk assessment which identifies vulnerabilities and advises on how to resolve them. 2) Photographic references are included throughout the report to maximise the clarity of the action required. 3) As well as a PDF copy of your fire risk assessment, we have the facility to allocate electronic ‘actions’ to nominated persons within your organisation. This increases the level of ownership for each action and, once completed, automatically updates our database. When all actions are completed we will issue an updated fire risk assessment to you for no extra charge. Our digitised process is based on bespoke templates we have created to meet the industry standard for Fire Risk Assessment. We have streamlined the process using our app-based approach to allow fast turnaround. This is important in maintaining the currency of the information and your subsequent compliance. If required, we can discuss same and next day turnaround for the process.
