WORLD INSTITUTE FOR ACTION LEARNING - USA is a training and development company based out of WASHINGTON, District of Columbia, United States that focuses on the development of high performing teams. As an affiliate to the World Institute of Action Learning, we offer training and certification in the methodology of Action Learning. We also provide consultations for clients interested in building a thriving culture for continuous learning. Our term for this is "building a learning organization." Additionally, we aim to spread the word about the power of Action Learning by offering a quarterly Community of Practice (CoP) that allows for network among certified coaches and those interested in learning more about Action Learning.
