MIAM Management is a culinary events & talent agency founded by Molly Hutchinson Molly Hutchinson Molly is an event director with over a decade’s worth of experience in the world of food festivals, working with some of the industry’s hottest talent and biggest, most revered names. She’s curated line-ups and looked after shows including the likes of Marco Pierre White, David Chang, Kwame Onwuachi, Amninder Sandhu and Dominique Crenn. After 5 years travelling the world working on IMG owned, Taste Festivals, Molly launched her own event management business, MIAM Management, in 2018. MIAM (named after the French word for ‘yum’) has already earned a strong reputation for chef management and event production, directing events for Meatopia in London and Dublin, delivering sell out shows in each city. MIAM also continues to work with IMG on The Big Feastival in the UK and Gourmet Escape in Australia. MIAM Management launched its talent agency arm of the business in 2020, to represent some of the UK's most exciting chefs.
