Inspector Todd Clyatt: Todd grew up in a ranching community with a father that was a custom home builder. Practically growing up with a hammer in his hand, Todd has spent time in framing, dry-walling and finish carpentry. He has an extensive investigative background and time in the medical field which brings an eye for detail. He is an Oregon certified home inspector, mold specialist, Oregon certified Commercial Pest Applicator and a graduate of the American Home Inspection School. Todd recently moved to Idaho and joined the 4 Rivers Team. In his free time, you might bump into Todd out snowshoeing, mountain biking and chasing adventure with his children.
