Lucky Paws Rescue will concentrate on education and awareness with a special focus on promoting adoptions of homeless companion animals. We will work closely with animal shelters, rescues and other not for profit organizations who share similar goals, holding free adoption events to find homes for pets. Through education and community outreach, we will promote the importance of spaying and neutering and responsible pet ownership and be a part of the solution to the very serious problem of animal overpopulation. We will work with homeless animals to prepare them for adoption and assist pet owners with keeping their pets. Our long term goals include providing a permanent location where agencies can bring their animals for adoption, thus allowing them to focus on their more serious cases. We will offer education to encompass all companion pets and their owners and help people be responsible pet owners.
