Alpha Maintenance aims directly for the technological revolution in building’s preventive maintenance. Both building systems and human power (specialized technicians, facility managers, Maintenance officers and etc.) are daily confronted with decision making involving a massive input of data and customization in the building maintenance. The ability to predict the need for maintenance of assets at a specific future moment is one of the main challenges in this scope. The possibility of performing predictive maintenance contributes to enhancing system downtime, costs, control, and quality of performance. We understood that preventive maintenance must mainly focus on addressing data analytics and machine learning methods to change maintenance procedures to increase accuracy and decrease time and cost wasting. In this context, our solution presents a new approach to preventive and predictive maintenance through introducing a state-of-art application. As a start-up venture, this solution discusses the current challenges and limitations in residential and commercial maintenance, in addition to proposing a novel project to predict and prevent maintenance times through Artificial Intelligence.
