Lemu Rehue: Pensar como un Bosque
www.lemurehue.clLemu Rehue, refers to those ecosystems that comprise pristine temperate forests made up of very old trees and connected to each other through their roots. The concept suggests "Think like a forest", an ancient native forest, composed of majestic, centennial or millennial trees, whose trunks rise like the columns of a natural temple. A forest (Lemu) where the sacred stairs of the Mapuche people rise (Rehue), where the spirits of nature (Ngen), maintain balance and order between it, as well as their relationship with human beings. With more than 10 years of experience in the area of environmental education for children, youth and adults, in addition to several years of experience in the study of fungi, including fungal baselines, I consider it of utmost importance to educate the community on the great value that our native forest has, especially the wild fungi that are part of a network of interactions that not only involves plants and animals, but also other living beings, whose conservation is vital for all humanity. I invite you to feel our forests and get to know the world of mushrooms from a closer perspective, through talks and courses on the Fungi Kingdom, as well as trainings on edible wild mushrooms (HSC) and macro fungal component baselines. that will be presented at the Environmental Impact Assessment Service (SEIA).
