Technology & Resource Development (Pvt.) Ltd – Techred was founded in 1987 as a multi-disciplinary consulting firm as an associated company of National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd – NESPAK. The Company was initially formed to undertake projects from USAID and other international funding agencies. For operations abroad, the Company possesses the capability to provide services beyond these specified fields as well for meeting the Clients' requirements. Under the expansion initiative, Techred has established new offices at Lahore, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Karachi and Peshawar in Pakistan.
