The company was founded in 1980 under the name of "Donati F.lli Coibentazioni s.d.f.". Born as a small workshop, it's now an industrial group operating in different business areas. Donati Group is formed by DONATI GROUP Spa, ATON Srl and RESTIVAL Srl; moreover, Donati Group has shares in XELIOX Srl, RIRRADIA Srl and QUATTROMILA Srl DONATI GROUP Spa manufactures and sells Doluflex® panels and IronX® technology for train and ship building, furnishings and facades. XELIOX Srl develops and install CSP Sistems RIRRADIA Srl manufactures and sells ceiling or wall radiant system, with a Green Energy division working on Solar Cooling and Photovoltaic Systems. QUATTROMILA Srl is developing a Requalification Project to restore buildings and increase the value of an unused farming area through the set up of solar system energy plants. ATON Srl is a shop and atelier for famous Designers or Artists to show their creations RESTIVAL Srl produces expanded mesh and micromesh for industrial use in all sectors. Donati Group Spa's turnover amounts to around 15 million euro, it employs about 50 people and works mainly in Italy, exporting approximately 5% of its sales to Europe , the Far East and the United States. Donati Group Spa main facility is located in Medolago plant (BG), featuring 600 m² of offices, a 8000 m² factory space and 6000 m² of outdoor space. The Medolago plant is certified under UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 by RINA. Most of the technology of the company is covered by 16 European patents and 8 International patents.
