Steve enjoyed a successful career as a Sales Manager with IBM, then completed a Harvard Business School Executive Education Program prior to joining Tonda in forming The Hoagland Group. Tonda was also previously with IBM and worked in both banking and interior design. Their combined sales, business, financial, and interior design backgrounds give them a unique skill base on which to draw when advising clients and mentoring their team. Our motto?
