We work with an extensive network of institutional banks to help them liquidate, disposition and obtain maximum recovery of their assets to balance their books.  We do this by following whatever guidelines and criteria that each bank may set forth to ensure that business is transacted with confidentiality and non disclosure agreements in place to protect all parties. We work through each transaction diligently to facilitate fluid and expedient transactions.  Once we receive a tape from a bank, we analyze it and review it to determine which investor in our extensive network may want to acquire these assets. Once we identify an interested investor, we work closely with both the bank and investor to ensure that all the necessary paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and that the overall transaction runs smoothly and closes quickly.
