CHiPS is a privately funded 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1971 and generously supported by a community of Brooklyn neighbors, volunteers, and friends who share a common vision to help those less fortunate. Our soup kitchen provides the homeless and food insecure with hot, healthy meals six days a week, serving as many as 350 meals per day. Our Frances Residence offers safe, transitional housing and support services to pregnant and postpartum homeless young women and their infants.
