We have been in the restaurant business since 1991. we opened at the current location in july 2000 we wanted a restaurant where customers could feel at home and enjoy good food at reasonable prices. cafe al dente does not claim to offer fast food; most of our menu items are prepared when your order is placed. we want you to sit back and relax while we prepare your food as quickly as quality permits.
