McHugh, who practiced the skills under the guidance of NLP founders Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Exordia today works with individuals, corporates, academic institutions and not-for-profit organizations through one-on-one counseling sessions, training sessions, coaching programs as well as imparting the skills of NLP as structured courses.
