I Lead with Integrity, Inc. was created in 2009 to offer exceptional high school seniors educational opportunities to develop their leadership potential. It is often the case that students have been identified as leaders by their communities, but support to reach their full potential is often lacking or non-existent. Because of this, the founders of I Lead developed a five-day intensive conference that focuses on the recognition of strengths, building of skills, and development of critical thinking abilities.
