www.pathways2x.orgPathways To Excellence Incorporated provides charitable and educational programming and resources to advance educational, professional and developmental opportunities among under-represented populations. Pathways To Excellence Incorporated collaborates with private sector and non-profit companies, professional associations, community organizations, and government agencies to deliver high quality programming. Programming primarily benefits three populations: 1) high-school students of color; 2) Seasoned women seeking career advancement or business ownership; and 3) Entrepreneurs in at least one protected class. Signature programs include the HBCU Pathways Program and the E-Suite Academy. The HBCU Pathways Program is a signature program benefiting underserved students. This year-round program that provides educational resources to college bound high-school students to expose them to careers and post-secondary educational options BEFORE they choose a major or college. The program includes monthly meetings, career shadow activities, college expos, and college tours to historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Through a collaborative partnership, the E-Suite Academy prepares career women who are dissatisfied or unfulfilled in their 9 to 5 jobs to initiate their professional empowerment journey by identifying and pursuing a transition path - including career advancement, career change, and/or entrepreneurship.
