Claims Administrators We specialize in claims administration for the Excess and Surplus marketplace. We have significant relationships within the London marketplace. We currently administer a number of facilities programs both on-going and in run-off. These programs range from single and multi-state binding authorities, to nationwide programs. We work closely with all layers of the market to ensure everyone, from the Underwriter through the MGA or Coverholder is kept aware of significant cases and potential trends. Claims Adjusters We began as a claims adjustment company, and we continue today adjusting property and casualty claims for domestic carriers, and Managing General Agents alike. We adjust claims in Southwest Missouri, Northwest Arkansas, Southeast Kansas and Northwest Oklahoma, all from our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. Our adjusters are experienced in handling the full range of property and casualty claims – from simple appraisals to multi-million dollar property and casualty losses.
