Crest provides excellent rehabilitation services for patients of all ages and physical abilities. The Crest program is unique because of the therapists’ hands-on approach tailored to each patient’s individual set of circumstances. In additional to manual-based therapy and general physical therapy services, we offer aquatic pool therapy at select locations and certified services including: hand therapy, vestibular/balance rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy and pelvic floor dysfunction therapy.
