Founded in 1936, Catumbi Telas was one of the pioneers in the fabrication of screens in Brazil and from an early age stood out in the industrial scenario. The company's history blends with the history of our country. The 40's served to consolidate its prominent position in the manufacture of metallic fabrics, at the time it became the largest company in the segment. In the 50's and 60's it was marked by the beginning of the wire mesh and corrugated fabric production line. In the 70's, along with the Brazilian economic miracle, new competitors emerged, which forced the market to become more efficient, as a response in the early 80's there was a change of directors and it is at this time that the seed of innovation was planted. New techniques, products and equipment emerged in the 90s, completing the entire line of screens. From 2000 onwards, with our website already online, we gradually explored new digital tools to facilitate and make our relationship with customers more practical, saving time and helping to choose the best product for each case.
