Over 20 Years of Dedication in Fighting Nursing Home Abuse Since 1985, elder law attorney Kathryn Stebner has been in private practice emphasizing elder abuse and medical malpractice litigation. That passion began early in her life as she was raised in part by her grandparents. Our founder is licensed to practice in both California and Oregon. She is a frequent speaker and author on elder abuse litigation, as well as a law school teacher, mediator and advocate. Ms. Stebner also received California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform’s Legal Advocacy Award in 2001 for recognition of her efforts on behalf of California long-term care residents.
