Founded in 2015, the Global Policy Institute (GPI) at Loyola Marymount University is a unique interdisciplinary think tank in Los Angeles, which brings together faculty and students in developing and sharing innovative research and policy analysis to address emerging issues in global affairs. GPI and its Fellows are developing a scholarly policy network in Los Angeles, producing scholarship with a west coast perspective, and positioning LMU as a center for global policy discussions in the Los Angeles region and beyond. The Global Policy Institute hosts events to engage policy leaders, opinion makers, and researchers on emerging issues in global affairs.
