Lagom (pronounced “Law-gum”) is a Swedish term meaning “enough, sufficient, or just right.” Too often, individuals struggle to perceive themselves as “enough” due to various different traumatic experiences, whether it be rape, sexual abuse, domestic violence, gang violence, etc. By helping individuals learn to process their traumatic experiences in a different way, my hope is that these individuals can learn that they are indeed enough just as they are.
