Delaware Family Center is a private counseling practice that also has developed and managed EAP services for Delaware businesses and other organizations for over 30 years. We can custom design EAP services that will best serve corporate goals and employees’ needs. The major objective is to prevent personal, emotional and behavioral problems from affecting the productivity, health and safety of employees by offering assessment and counseling, coaching, leadership training and consultation, and wellness seminars. Crisis intervention and group support is also offered when there is a tragedy or loss affecting the workplace. Organizations we currently partner with include W. L.
