Curamir strives to improve patients' lives by developing transformative RNA-targeted life-changing oncology therapies. We are building an RNA-targeted technology platform with broad therapeutic potential. In the near term, we are developing microRNA (miRNA) mimics to target resistant cancer stem-like cells with our patented platform technologies. Our unique modifications of miRNA provide enhancement to stability, efficacy, and ease of delivery. Curamir was founded in 2019 on the strength of over a decade of innovative research and development on microRNA and cancer by Professor Jingfang Ju of Renaissance School of Medicine, Stony Brook University.
