The Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department is a fundamental part of the Juvenile Justice System. Juvenile offenders are referred to the Juvenile Probation Department when they are accused of a criminal offense. If a child is found to have committed Delinquent Conduct the Juvenile Probation Department then supervises the child if court ordered onto Probation.
