The company is founded on the psychological framework of Identity Structure Analysis (ISA), an approach that has been gathering momentum in recent years. ISA builds on several widely adopted psychological approaches but also has some truly unique mechanisms for identifying and presenting profound insights into the underlying identity processes of any individual or group.
