SOCAR USA is the U.S. representative office of SOCAR. SOCAR is dynamically engaged in the oil and gas industries in Azerbaijan and internationally. A deliverer of sustainable, socially responsible solutions to world energy markets, SOCAR explores oil and gas fields, produces, processes and transports oil, gas and gas condensate, markets petroleum and petrochemical goods globally, and supplies natural gas to industry and the public in Azerbaijan. Today, SOCAR operates three production divisions, two oil refineries and a gas-processing plant, an oil tanker fleet, a deep-water platform fabrication yard, two trusts, an institution and 22 subdivisions. SOCAR also conducts business through joint ventures in Georgia and Turkey, consortia and operating companies established with its participation. SOCAR has further representative offices in Georgia, Turkey, Romania, Austria, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Great Britain, Iran, Germany and Ukraine, and trading firms in Singapore, Vietnam, Switzerland and Nigeria.
