The School’s world-renowned program combines studies in horticultural science with practical training with the foremost experts in the field. Learn valuable horticulture skills as you work in our Enid A. Haupt Conservatory installing exhibitions, with our Arbor crew pruning trees, in our Nolen Greenhouses propagating plant material, with our Outdoor Gardens crew installing and maintain planting containers and beds, and more! The School’s two-year curriculum encompasses botany, horticulture, and landscape design and, in addition to the hands-on training, includes plant walks with our curators and botanists, field trips, internships, special lectures and excellent networking opportunities unavailable elsewhere.
