Emerging Youth Consultancy (EYC) partners with private & public sector organizations, as well as research groups to increase youth representation and inclusion through organizational objectives, curation of youth advisory committees, and the integration of youth within existing boards. We support organizations through the hiring and recruitment processes to the sustainable integration of youth within organizations. EYC works to champion and amplify youth voices to increase organizational impact, foster engagement with internal and external communities, as well as build on collaboration amongst leaders.
