The Georgetown Entertainment & Media Alliance is a 4,000-person strong network of alumni, students, faculty and friends of Georgetown University that are working or interested in the entertainment and media industry. Our programs and activities include industry panel events, externships and internships, an alumni interview series, a monthly e-newsletter, close collaboration with the Georgetown Film & Media Studies program, the GEMA ROCKS biannual music concert, among others. We are a global organization with active chapters in Los Angeles, New York and DC. We collaborate closely with the University and aim to elevate Georgetown's profile in the industry, while strengthening and expanding the ties between alumni and the University.
