Hoop Fitness Genève is an international hula hoop club. We're an all-volunteer nonprofit athletic association established to promote and develop the sport of hula hooping in Geneva. Our mission is to promote the activity as an athletic wellness practice open to all. The athletic activity of Hula Hooping is a low-impact sport that: *relieves stress *tones the body *is family-friendly *is inexpensive to start *is enjoyable for all ages and fitness levels *improves core strength, coordination, balance, range of motion, and cardiovascular health *helps breaks down social barriers by building community Our Objectives: *to cultivate community *to democratize Hoop Dance and Hula Hoop Fitness *create an environment where people can get acquainted with the sport of hooping *supply access to personal practice hula hoops during events, classes, and workshops *to promote health, well-being, and fitness for all-ages
