Turning Point, Inc. is a comprehensive domestic violence agency and secure shelter serving the critical and sometimes life threatening needs of victims. The mission of the organization is to confront domestic violence in McHenry County. The agency helps women, children, and men. Program services include 24-hour crisis intervention and stabilization, emergency shelter, individual and group counseling, legal advocacy, specialized children's services, mental health therapy, and an educational partner abuse intervention program that helps perpetrators to stop.
