“We are all members of each other…” Paracarnival is a fast growing and exceptionally diverse community of artists, performers and enablers, whose highly inclusive programme of Arts of Carnival workshops and legendary carnival performances, engages and unites people of all backgrounds, ages, abilities and vulnerabilities. Our aim is to achieve great art for everybody – especially for those it does not normally reach. One of our favourite vehicles for this is the culture of Brazilian Carnival.
