ARSLVT, IP is a legal person governed by public law, integrated in the indirect administration of the State, endowed with legal personality, administrative, financial, and patrimonial autonomy. Its mission is to guarantee the population of the respective geographical area of intervention access to the provision of quality health care, adapting the available resources to health needs and to comply with and enforce the National Health Plan. ARSLVT has health planning, infrastructure, and investment functions, performing resource distribution, licensing, guidance, technical support, and performance assessment of health care institutions and services.
