Founded by an BA Homs Fine Art and mental health diploma graduate with a passion to create art that inspires others to talk openly about the importance of mental health wellbeing. The aim is to increase self-esteem, reduce stress and express creativity using paints, pens and pencils on a blank canvas. Group workshops to come creating a safe space to express ourselves together, and share our stories one brush stroke at a time.
