Medford Wellington Service Company was founded by John J. Annarelli Sr. in 1967. We’re a self-performing merit shop company that provides comprehensive commercial and residential services. We specialize in heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, construction, and general facility maintenance. Plans vary from basic filter and belt replacement to complex full maintenance agreement solutions. Installation • Construction: We employ certified designers and installation experts on our Construction and Special Projects Team. We handle all equipment replacement, including custom ductwork fabrication and installation. Our certified, staff electricians and plumbers allow us to perform all aspects of the installation process without subcontractors.
