Smart Company was established to be one of the efficient entities specialized in the distribution and trade marketing in the Egyptian Market; it was founded in 1999 with the establishment of Coverage Company to work in the telecommunications field & has pioneered the introduction of the retail concept in Egypt and has applied the sub distribution model of various brands which in return contributed to the growth and expansion for many brands such as LG, Ericsson, Siemens, Samsung….etc In order to expand in the distribution and access to market system, Smart Goods Company for Food & Fast Moving Consumer Goods Distribution & Trade has been established which combines business partnerships with major companies locally and internationally such as Roshen (one the international manufacturing confectionary companies)-Misr Café, Al-Kazzi (a Lebanese brand of high quality nuts)-Egypt Foods-Swifax and others. The successful partnerships of Smart Company continued to become BASF's strategic partner in chemicals field in 2016. Coverage became a partner with Indian LAVA, one of the largest mobile phones manufacturers. Will start working as a partner with the fourth mobile network operator belonging to Telecom Egypt in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
