OUR GOAL: Porter County Substance Abuse Council goal is to reduce the incidence of substance abuse in Porter County. OUR PURPOSE: To formulate and implement a county wide comprehensive plan and to advocate legislative concerns both locally and statewide as it relates to the goal and vision of the Council. OUR MISSION: Porter County Substance Abuse Council mission is to reduce youth and adult substance abuse by assessing for, promoting through, and educating about effective community-based programs.
