We support each of the stages of the investment project, participating as allies for the public and private sectors, or as Project Manager for its development. We are involved in everything necessary to give life to a project. We have a team with extensive experience in Mexico, which is in charge of evaluating the feasibility of each project, planning and designing the actions, implementing the work plan, implementing monitoring and control systems to operate and close the projects. Once you have a project with all the legal, technical, financial requirements and a committed market, WTI takes the project to investors, carries out documentation, makes a part of the investment directly, associates with other investors, structures a syndication with other investors, it coordinates with banks to achieve efficient management, implement risk products, consolidate guarantees and more. Regarding development, WTI chooses contractors and oversees all phases of construction, we are responsible for the asset that is being built. When the asset is finished, it is delivered to a properly operating operator, the asset is transferred to another entity to manage it throughout the payback period.
