Connemara Smokehouse is a small family-run business perched on the water's edge at Bunowen Pier, near Ballyconneely in Connemara. High quality seafood where every product is hand-made in the traditional way with emphasis on freshness, seasonality, sustainability and organic production methods. We specialise in Wild and Organic Salmon, Smoked and Marinated. Other specialities our unique line caught Smoked Tuna. Smokehouse Tour, where you will capture the pride and passion as Graham explains the process and demonstrates the filleting and traditionally prepares the salmon, then hand-slice a side and pack the finished product. Also, you will learn about the various smoking methods and enjoy a tasting of our fantastic Smoked Salmon. . It is educational, fun and delicious.
