The Water's Edge Resort Phase One is currently completed and open year round. Phase One is comprised of Vacation Suites, fully furnished and available for daily rentals, onsite restaurant Cody's Gastro Garage, retail clothing and Bear Lake stores, a nostalgic candy store, and the Spa at Water's Edge, a full-service day spa. Water's Edge, when fully complete, will be a full service lakeside resort hotel with conference and wedding space, an all-season water park, multiple restaurants and bars, and a Great Lawn with protected wetland space. The resort will feature a Spa & Wellness Center, a Kid's camp, Private Owner's Lounge, with a private beach and boat launch. When completed we will have fully furnished Lakeside Residences, resort suites in the hotel, and Lakeside Villas. All residences and villas are available to own as a whole or fractional ownership residence, and will also be available to rent. The resort will be for the use of our owners and their guests only.
