Joe Ogden Consulting (JO Consulting) is a one man website, design, system consultant based in Phnom Penh Cambodia. I work for companies all over Southeast Asia, the UK, and Australia. I offer creative design, website development, and online systems consultancy services. Skills and experience in website & app development, graphic design for branding & advertising, social media & online marketing, IT, and photography, among other related areas. I run Host Asean Ltd (www.hostasean.com), the first dedicated web hosting provider in Cambodia, for any client website hosting needs and partner with specialised server companies for integrating or developing special apps and systems. I have been active in web design, graphic design and photography primarily on a freelance basis for over 15 years and more recently involved in various Cambodia based positions and agencies. Since moving to Cambodia in 2008, I have worked both freelance and short-term in-house contracts at small businesses, agencies, and as an in-house designer at a wide range of companies. I founded a graphic design and website agency, Pixels, in 2011, and another later, Urban Design Studio, in 2013 where I worked as Creative Director and was responsible for almost all aspects of day to day operations, creative and production work. Experience in the insurance industry dates back to 2009 developing internal financial systems for FEIC (Asia) Ltd. which is still ongoing. Further work in the insurance industry includes People & Partners Insurance Plc., a general insurance company in Cambodia, and IBS Cambodia, a Cambodian insurance broker founded in December 2015. I also offer professional photography services where required for a client design or website client and can provide a full mobile studio. Some of my key clients of recent years include Smart Axiata, Wing, IPS, People & Partners Insurance, and FEIC (Asia) Limited. I am available for interesting new projects in and around Cambodia.
